| Shirred Details, Red Costume Gown This gown has beautiful detailing in the back skirt - two shirred panels bordered by the draping ties of red satin ribbons. The bodice has a shirred band at the neckline, boning, and no room to let out the seams. The skirt consists of three layers - a netting underskirt, a red acetate lining, and the red chiffon overskirt. The skirt has a very full sweep, and is pictured over a 5-bone hoop. Due to the condition, this gown is better suited to use as a costume rather than as a ball gown. |

Condition: Good. There are scattered pics,
snags, and loose threads, but no stains or holes.
One panel in the back hangs down longer than
the other - and could easily be tacked into place.
Two seams have open areas - one is about 2" in
length, and the other is about 5" in length. This
gown has not been dry cleaned.
