| Vintage Mike Benet Gown This is a beautiful vintage pink gown by Mike Benet. The fluttery sleeves sit just off the shoulders. The flattering neckline and waistband are pink satin. The skirt has three layers - a ruffled netting self-crinoline, a pink acetate lining, and a ruched chiffon overskirt. |
Measurements: bust - 33"
waist - 22"
skirt length - 45"
skirt sweep - 172"
Condition: Very Good. There is some
lite discoloration on the inner edge of the
neckband, some scattered spots on the
skirt and lining, and some loose (about 1")
seams in the netted self-crinoline (and I
found one loose area in the ruched skirt).
None of these are very noticeable in the full
chiffon ruching of the skirt. This gown will
need to be cleaned.
