This is a high quality, polycotton, hand-cut and stitched crinoline with a drawstring waist.  It is made in the U.S. by a company that has been making slips and crinolines for over 35 years.  The company went out of business during the pandemic and these crinolines are no longer available; we have only what is currently in stock.
