This 2-piece gown has a separate white underskirt with a drawstring closure and deep ruffle at the bottom.  The bodice of the overdress has elasticized shoulders to be worn on or off the shoulder, and boning at front, side, and back seams.  The skirt is ruched up in 4 places and trimmed with red satin bows.  Pictured over hoop H450 (available separately).
