This is a high quality, polycotton, hand-cut and stitched hoop slip with a drawstring waist.  It is made in the U.S. by a company that has been making slips and crinolines for over 35 years.  Hoops are constructed of a strong steel dipped in plastic, and can be removed so that the slip can be washed.  (Note:  The hoops will show through dresses that are unlined.  For unlined dresses, use a petticoat over the hoop slip, select a ruffled hoop slip, or use a crinoline.)
