The bodice of this gown is lined, with lace ruffles and bows on the gathered sleeves. The shoulders are elasticized to be worn on or off the shoulder. The skirt has 3 layers: a white acetate lining, an underskirt with white lace ruffles at the base, and a blue acetate overskirt ruched up and trimmed with blue satin bows. Pictured over hoop H450 (sold separately).
